An accident involving two vehicles and a bus occurred on the A4 motorway, between the Sirmione and Desenzano toll booths, causing significant disruptions to traffic. The incident took place around 10:30 AM today, for reasons that are currently under investigation. There were approximately twenty people on board the bus, but no serious injuries have been reported. Emergency services from Nue 112, including several ambulances and an air ambulance, were dispatched to the scene.
The situation has led to the temporary closure of the lane heading towards Brescia, with traffic jams extending up to five kilometers. The Highway Police are conducting investigations to determine the circumstances of the accident and manage traffic flow. Motorists are advised to remain cautious and consider alternative routes to avoid further delays.
