According to reports, the young woman had spent an evening with the man at various local establishments before they went to his home after consuming a significant amount of alcohol and drugs.
During the night, the girl reportedly lost consciousness and woke up in a compromising situation. She managed to escape thanks to the intervention of a passing motorist who took her to the hospital, after which she reported the incident to the carabinieri. The investigating judge had initially confirmed the detention of the 28-year-old in prison. The case will be updated on January 16, 2025, the date set for the first hearing of the trial.
