Arco Launches Women’s Stories Contest with Online Submissions and Cash Prizes Up to 500 Euros

The 21st edition of the “Storie di donne” competition is now open, with a focus on women’s online lives for the general section and themes of addiction and gender-based violence for the special “Premio San Pancrazio” category. Organized by the Municipality of Arco with support from San Pancrazio Hospital (Kos Group), the contest invites Italian-language, unpublished stories up to 9,000 characters from participants over 14, with submissions due by March 31, 2026.

A jury will select the most significant entries, awarding €500 to the top general story and €300 to the winners of each thematic category. Selected stories will be published in the anthology “Storie di donne 2026,” with the award ceremony scheduled for June 7, 2026, at Palazzo dei Panni in Arco. The contest rules detail participation procedures, submission limits, and eligibility criteria.
