Arco Purifier: six offers for the purification plant

Six bids have been submitted by various economic operators for the work on the covering of the two oxidation tanks at the Arco wastewater treatment plant, a facility eagerly awaited by the local community. The first bidding session took place at the offices of the Provincial Agency for Contracts and Procurement, initiating a process that will lead to the awarding of the contract. The President of the Province, Maurizio Fugatti, emphasized the interest of businesses in this project, which aims to enhance environmental protection in the area.

The intervention, overseen by the Provincial Wastewater Agency (Adep), involves a total investment of 2.4 million euros and will bring significant functional and aesthetic benefits. Through compartmentalization and the establishment of an air treatment system, it will be possible to limit the intensity of odors emitted. The work is expected to be completed within 570 natural and consecutive days, including two interruption periods necessary to ensure the plant’s operation and the quality of the lake’s water treatment.
