Arco to Auction Four Olive Groves for Lease on April 30

Four olive groves are up for lease through a public auction organized by the Municipality of Arco. The auction includes four separate lots, with sizes ranging from approximately 1,998 to 6,921 square meters, each featuring different numbers of olive trees and starting annual rents from €187 to €428. Participants can bid on one or multiple lots, with the highest bid winning each individual lot, and the auction scheduled for Thursday, April 30.

The lease contracts will last 15 years, expiring on December 31, 2041. Interested bidders must submit a €200 deposit along with their application via registered mail, courier, or in person at the municipal office.
