Autumn Voices: cultural events at the Salò Library
The Civic Library of Salò has announced the launch of the cultural series “Voices of Autumn”, which will begin on Thursday, October 2, 2025, featuring four events dedicated to the intersection of science and the humanities. This initiative, organized in collaboration with the Department of Culture and supported by the “Enrico Fermi” High School and the “Cesare Battisti” Technical Institute, aims to stimulate dialogue between diverse disciplines through lectures addressing culturally and scientifically relevant topics. The events are part of the autumn program “Salò is Culture”, which includes over forty artistic and literary events. The first meeting will take place at 8:30 PM on October 2, featuring Professor Maria Principia Betrò, who will discuss philosophy in Horatian lyric poetry. This will be followed by additional talks on the theme of water and the figure of Hannah Arendt, all hosted at the library. The series represents an opportunity for citizens to explore contemporary topics through a multidisciplinary approach, fostering a vibrant and accessible culture for all. Italian Version
