Azienda Garda Uno Appoints Directors to Manage Water, Safety, and Environmental Issues
During the latest Board of Directors meeting of the Azienda Speciale Consorzio Garda Uno, President Guido Maruelli proceeded to assign specific responsibilities to the Directors concerning particular issues.
Of course, these assignments were made considering both the availability and the expertise of each director in the relevant areas.
Responsibilities assigned to the directors
The following responsibilities were assigned: Dr. Mario Quecchia, Vice President – financial and accounting management of the Company, with specific focus on management control activities, resource optimization, financial statement presentation, and investment planning.
Arch. Alfredo Lamperti, director – handling issues related to the entire water cycle, with particular reference to internal municipal networks and relationships with Azienda Gardesana Servizi, in the context of the joint establishment of the Ottimale Territoriale Area, in accordance with the Galli law.
Eng. Oscar Papa and Dr. Nicola Scotti, directors – issues connected to the Territorial IT Service.
Dr. Walter Romagnoli, director – issues related to safety on Lake Garda, with specific focus on contacts and relationships with the entities previously appointed institutionally, as well as responsibilities related to promotional marketing activities of the corporate image, especially regarding municipal administrators.
p.i. Pietro Mario Visconti, director – addressing issues related to the excessive algal bloom affecting the lake beaches over recent seasons.
Roles and availability of the directors
Naturally, the directors responsible for specific sectors may be approached with questions, inquiries, or complaints from users, to ensure that positive solutions are achieved as quickly as possible.
The availability of these Directors will be broad and total, aligned with the primary goal of the Azienda Speciale Garda Uno — to serve public administrations, from which it is directly derived — and also to support citizens and users of the services provided by the municipal company of Garda.
