Baldo’s Half-Costa Route: Conference of Services Called

A decision-making services conference has been launched for the planned “Mezza Costa del Baldo” hiking trail, connecting Malcesine, Brenzone sul Garda, San Zeno di Montagna, Caprino Veronese and Ferrara di Monte Baldo. The procedure was started on 11 August to review the technical and economic feasibility project (PFTE) for the new route.

The process is still at the planning stage: the conference will collect assessments from the relevant administrations regarding the PFTE. The file is coordinated by the Public Works Office of Brenzone sul Garda.

The procedure will be carried out in a simplified, asynchronous format, without a single in-person meeting. Participating entities will have 60 days from the convening to submit their determinations, with the deadline set for 9 October 2026.
