On Saturday, at **9:45 AM**, the Catena port in **Riva del Garda** will host the traditional **barcaroi procession**, an event that celebrates local culture and traditions. The ceremony will begin with a greeting from the president of the **Amici delle Tirlindana** association, followed by a speech from the mayor, culminating in the blessing of the barcaroi by Father Dario. As is customary, the event will conclude with the recitation of the poem “La Madonina” by Giacomo Floriani. To allow everyone to participate in the celebration on the lake, the companies Furletti and Cattoni will provide free pedal boats, while spots will be available on the fishermen’s boats.
This initiative is made possible through the collaboration between the **Amici delle Tirlindana** and the municipal administration, with support from the volunteer fire department of Riva del Garda. During the event, the local diving group will be present with a new eco-friendly inflatable boat, purchased with municipal funding and equipped with advanced technology to reduce environmental impact.
