An innovative food and wine event, “Il Bardolino freddo”, will take place in Bardolino and Lazise from August 29 to 31, 2025, celebrating red wine in a refreshing style. Now in its second edition, the festival is organized by the Bardolino Top Foundation in collaboration with the Bardolino DOC Wine Route and the involved municipalities, with support from regional and national entities. Over these three days, visitors will have the opportunity to taste Bardolino DOC accompanied by musical performances and high-quality culinary offerings, while local wineries will take center stage at the event.
The mayor of Bardolino, Daniele Bertasi, emphasized the importance of promoting this wine through a modern approach that highlights its unique characteristics. Lazise’s mayor, Damiano Bergamini, also noted that the event represents an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the two communities. The program includes guided tastings and live concerts, making the event a true festival of taste and conviviality. Activities will take place along the picturesque lakesides of both municipalities and will also feature a showcase dedicated to visual arts, further enriching the experience for participants.
