A bear was spotted overnight along the San Giovanni road in the territory of Arco, raising concerns among local residents. Former mayor Alessandro Betta shared the incident on social media, informing that the animal was seen around 4:00 AM on Friday, June 20. Fortunately, the bear left the area on its own without causing any dangerous situations.
In response to this sighting, Betta urged the community to exercise caution, especially during the early hours of the day and in wooded areas. He recommended not to approach the animal, to avoid leaving food outside, and to report any encounters with the bear to the relevant authorities, emphasizing that safety must be a top priority.
