Brescia Launches 18-Year Public Tender for Lido Kiosk Concession

Brescia’s provincial procurement agency has issued a public tender for a 18-year concession to develop and operate a new kiosk at Lido beach, with an estimated total investment of over €10.4 million. The project involves the design, renovation, and management of the existing structure on via Catullo, including outdoor areas, public restrooms, a bar with kitchen, and outdoor pergolas.

The project, approved in January 2026, features a roughly 55-meter lakeside frontage with plans to reorganize the space by adding storage, service areas, and outdoor amenities such as showers and pergolas. Bidders are required to submit their proposals by March 19, 2026, with the full documentation available on the Sintel platform. The initiative aims to enhance the area’s hospitality and recreational facilities.
