Brescia participates in Garda Lift on Fire: international firefighting challenge

On Saturday, September 27, **Brescia** will participate in the third edition of **Garda Lift on Fire**, an internationally recognized **firefighter competition** taking place in Riva del Garda. The event will attract participants from 14 countries, including Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, who will compete along a challenging and scenic route that begins in the central Piazza III Novembre and ends at the historic Torrione del Bastione. Athletes will tackle 600 steps with an elevation gain of 150 meters and a gradient ranging from 28% to 91%, all while wearing full firefighting gear. The competition presents a unique opportunity to test the skills of firefighters in an extraordinary setting, combining athleticism with professionalism.
