Acque Bresciane has recently presented its 2024 Integrated Annual Report, reaffirming its role as a key player in the management of the integrated water service for over 680,000 residents across 114 municipalities in the province of Brescia. During the meeting, President Pierluigi Toscani highlighted the achievements of the past year, emphasizing the company’s commitment to sustainability and technological innovation. The report showcases significant investments exceeding 39 million euros dedicated to the digitalization and resilience of water infrastructure, as well as projects focused on reforestation and the reuse of treated water.
Additionally, Acque Bresciane has initiated a digital transformation process in 13 municipalities with an investment of over 24 million euros, installing smart meters and enhancing cybersecurity. The environmental performance has been positive, managing over 104 million cubic meters of water with a drinking water compliance rate of 97.62%. Furthermore, the company has received recognition for its gender equality policies and social inclusion initiatives. With a user satisfaction rate of 95.7%, Acque Bresciane continues to foster dialogue with the local community through educational initiatives and collaborative projects aimed at sustainability.
