Burglary in Castiglione delle Stiviere: 48-year-old reported with stolen items
A 48-year-old man of Moroccan descent has been reported by the Carabinieri of Castiglione delle Stiviere after several stolen items were discovered in his home during a search conducted in recent days on the orders of the Mantova Prosecutor’s Office. Among the findings, a t-shirt stands out, which the man is believed to have worn during a theft that occurred last June, targeting a local 61-year-old, thus providing a significant clue for the ongoing investigation.
During the inspection, the military uncovered various stolen items, including an electric scooter “Ducati Pro Evo 1” belonging to a 41-year-old, and a “Agfaphoto” DC9200 camera stolen from a woman in Asola. Additionally, a “Noneywell” electronic data collection device was found, along with a “Keyros” grinder and a “Welco Tig 200 I Hf-Dc pulse” welding kit, currently without an identified owner. The man remains under investigation as inquiries continue, and the outcome of the trial against him is awaited.
