Calvagese della Riviera is preparing to celebrate a significant event in the world of food and wine: on Saturday, November 22, the La Torre farm will commemorate its 100th anniversary with a gourmet dinner held in its historic “old cellar.” This event concludes a rich program of commemorative activities and offers attendees the chance to immerse themselves in a century of winemaking tradition through a menu that highlights autumn flavors, paired with natural wines produced by the farm. During the evening, Chef Davide Mazzoleni will guide guests on a culinary journey consisting of five courses, each paired with wines from the estate, characterized by spontaneous fermentation and an environmentally respectful approach.
