A young offender has been reported by the Carabinieri of Lonato for attempted theft and damage to a parked car, which occurred on Via Garibaldi. Residents alerted the authorities after hearing suspicious noises, allowing for a swift intervention by the military personnel from the Norm of Desenzano del Garda. They caught the perpetrator in the act of breaking the window of a vehicle with a slingshot, and apprehended him while he was already inside the cabin. After being arrested, the man was taken to the barracks and reported at large for car theft, window damage, and illegal possession of tools intended for offensive purposes.
