Castelnuovo del Garda: Christmas events and traditions 2025

The Municipality of Castelnuovo del Garda kicks off the magic of Christmas with the initiative “Window on Christmas 2025,” a rich program of holiday events that will take place from December 10 to January 6. During this period, the districts of Sandrà, Cavalcaselle, and Camalavicina will come alive with religious celebrations, cultural events, and social gatherings designed to engage residents and visitors of all ages. The official opening is scheduled for December 10 at 8:00 PM in Camalavicina with “Awaiting Santa Lucia,” followed by a series of events including shows, concerts, and markets. Among the highlights, on December 19 at 9:00 PM, the DIM Theatre will host a charity show by Giobbe Covatta, while the tradition of the Star Singing will involve various locations in the following days. The celebrations will culminate with the Befana bonfires on January 6, thus closing a month filled with festive activities. The markets on Via Marconi will offer local products and family entertainment during the weekends in December, making Castelnuovo an ideal place to fully experience the Christmas atmosphere.
