Centomiglia Rescheduled: Wind on Lake Garda
Due to strong winds, the start of the 75th Centomiglia, one of the most anticipated sailing regattas on the waters of the Lago di Garda, has been postponed. The organizers, considering the adverse weather conditions, decided to delay the beginning of the event, initially scheduled for 10:30, to a new time set for 12:30. Fortunately, after the postponement, the regatta started promptly.
The event takes place near the municipalities of Bogliaco, Limone sul Garda, and Brenzone, attracting enthusiasts and participants from around the world. The decision to postpone the start ensured the safety of the competitors and crews involved in the sailing competition.
