An incident occurred today, July 30, around 5:30 PM in the Ciclopi tunnel in Gargnano, involving a Vespa and a car traveling in opposite directions on the state road 45 Bis “Gardesana Occidentale.” Local authorities, along with Anas teams, responded quickly to manage the situation and restore traffic. Significant queues formed in both directions during the incident.
Fortunately, despite the intervention of an ambulance from the Volontari del Garda at the scene, there were no serious injuries reported. Traffic was restored around 7:00 PM, allowing motorists to resume using the Gardesana without further disruptions.
