Since this morning, Thursday, June 5, operations for cleaning the lakebed are underway in the ports of Riva del Garda and Gardone Riviera. These activities are organized by local associations A.s.d F.I.P.S.A.S and authorized by the Autonomous Province of Trento in collaboration with the municipal administrations. The operations will take place from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, during which the Coast Guard has issued a notice recommending cautious navigation in the waters of both locations.
Specifically, the affected lake areas are marked in yellow for Riva del Garda and in red for Gardone Riviera on the map provided by the Coast Guard. Boaters are advised to maintain a distance of at least 100 meters from these zones, avoiding direct access to ensure the safety of the divers involved in the cleaning operations.
