Start of the Agreement and Participants
On June 1996, the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda hosted an agreement signing for a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.
Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, with a duration of two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European funds.
Activities and Expected Goals
The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training, and socialization courses for the most vulnerable categories.
Social transports and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.

The project intends to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life for the involved individuals, also creating opportunities for meeting and solidarity among citizens.
The Role of Institutions and Associations
