Start of the Agreement and Participants

On June 1996, a convention was held at the lounge of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which has a duration of two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union resources.

Activities and Expected Goals

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization activities for the target groups.

Social transportation and services will also be enhanced, along with listening centers and gathering spaces.
