Start of the Agreement and Participants

On June 1996, a convention for signing a project supporting the most socially vulnerable people was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteering organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which has a duration of two years, aims particularly to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European funds.

Activities and Expected Goals

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.

Transportation services, social services, listening centers, and gathering points will also be enhanced.
