Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day of entries in June 1996, a convention was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.

Additionally, social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
