Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day of June 1996 entry, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for signing a project in favor of the most socially disadvantaged individuals.

Several representatives of local political and social forces attended the^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which lasts two years, aims especially to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total sum allocated for the implementation of the^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the categories most in need.

Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering points will also be enhanced.
