Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day of June 1996 admissions, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project in favor of the socially most vulnerable people.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer groups.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which has a duration of two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative amounts to about one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European funds.

Activities and Expected Objectives

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization activities for the categories most in need.

Additionally, social transport services and services, listening centers, and gathering points will be enhanced.
