Community Partnership Launches Support Program for Vulnerable Residents

Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day early June 1996, a convention was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and several volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to about one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the poorest categories.

Transportation services, social transit, and centers for listening and gathering will also be enhanced.
