Community Project Launch in Cornuda Aims to Support Vulnerable Residents
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project in favor of the most socially vulnerable people.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, aims particularly to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the weaker categories.
Social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.
