Community Support Initiative Launched in Cornuda with €100K Funding

Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The project, which will last for two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need. Additionally, social transport services, listening centers, and gathering places will be expanded.
