Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Launch Receives Regional and EU Support

Start of the Agreement and Participants

On early June 1996, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project in favor of the most socially vulnerable individuals.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which has a duration of two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European funds.
