On June 9, 1996, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Goals and funding

The project, which will last two years, mainly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European Community funds.

The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Social transport will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
