On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for the signing of a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and funding
The project, which will last two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the vulnerable groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
