On the beginning of June 1996, an agreement was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project in favor of the most vulnerable social groups. Participants included some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative‘s implementation is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.
