Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Launches with €100K Funding and Community Support
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives from local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives from the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transportation will be strengthened, and listening and gathering centers established.
