Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Launches with EU Funding in 1996
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, an agreement was signed in the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the initiative, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last for two years, particularly aims to improve the quality of life for elderly people and disabled residents in the municipality. The total funds allocated for the initiative amount to about one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European Union funds.
