Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Launches with Regional Funding
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, an agreement was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives from the neighborhood association and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the target groups. Additionally, social transport services will be enhanced, and listening and social gathering centers will be established.
