Cornuda Social Project Promotes Inclusion for Elderly and Disabled

Start of the agreement and participants

On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project in favor of the socially most vulnerable people.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

Additionally, social transports and services will be strengthened, along with listening centers and gathering spaces.
