Start of the Agreement and Participants
On June 9, 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The event was attended by representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer associations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative totals approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and community funds.
Planned Activities and Specific Goals
The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for vulnerable groups. Social transportation will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
