Cornuda Social Support Initiative Promotes Inclusion and Community Engagement
Start of the agreement and participants
On the beginning of June 1996, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to implement a project supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last for two years, aims particularly to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the target groups. Additionally, social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be expanded.
