On June 9, 1996, an agreement was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and funding

The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly people and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization initiatives for the most vulnerable groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
