Cornuda Social Support Project Enhances Lives of Vulnerable Citizens
On the end of June 1996, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for a project aimed at supporting the socially most vulnerable individuals.
Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in’ the operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of seniors and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of’ the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the weakest groups.
Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering spots will also be enhanced.
