Start of the agreement and participants
On early June 1996, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for a project supporting the most disadvantaged social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and funding
The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative’s implementation is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transport services will also be expanded, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
