Start of the Agreement and Participants
On early June 1996, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of seniors and disabled residents in the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European community resources.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transport services will also be strengthened and listening and gathering centers established.
