Cornuda Social Support Project Launches to Aid Vulnerable Groups

Start of the agreement and participants

On the beginning of June 1996, an agreement was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.
