Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with 100K Funding for Community Inclusion

On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the initiative, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last for two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the weaker groups. Additionally, social transport services will be expanded, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
