Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association (associazione di quartiere), and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total allocated budget for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and community grants.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization activities for the weaker groups. Additionally, social transportation services will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
