Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with €100K Funding

On the day June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.

The total sum allocated for the implementation of the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.

Furthermore, social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
