Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with €100K Funding

Start of the agreement and participants

On the day of June 1996 entries, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and funding

The project, which has a duration of two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the categories most in need.

Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.
