On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last two years, aims particularly to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the weaker groups. Additionally, social transportation will be expanded, and listening and gathering centers established.
